You've already written a book. You just preached it instead.
Somewhere in your sermon archive is a body of work. A message God has been building through you one Sunday at a time, for years. Brandon takes that archive and turns it into a book people can hold.
Every pastor has a book. Almost none have time to write it.
You've preached hundreds of messages. You've said things from your pulpit that deserve a longer life than a Sunday morning and a YouTube upload. But between the hospital visits, the staff meetings, and the sermon that's always due in six days, the book never gets written.
Not because you can't write. Because writing a book is a second full-time job, and you already have one of those.
So the message stays in the archive. And the people who needed it never find it.
Brandon turns your sermons into your book.
Not ghostwriting from scratch. Not a transcription dump with a cover slapped on it. Brandon takes your actual preaching, the transcripts of messages you've already delivered, and builds them into a real book. Structured. Edited. Theologically consistent from the first chapter to the last. And written in your voice, because it started in your voice.
He built this process for his own books before offering it to anyone. The Faith We Lost began as fifteen sermon transcripts. Most of his catalog started in the pulpit before it landed on the page. The pipeline exists because he needed it.
And the book is yours. Your name, your rights, your royalties. Brandon takes a fee, not a percentage. No hybrid publishing contract, no rights grab, no fine print.
Four ways to get your book made. Only one writes it for you.
Most options fall into two camps. Either they hand you the tools and leave the writing to you, or they charge a fortune and take a year to do it. You have already preached the book. The writing is the one thing you should not have to carry.

Self-publishing services format, print, and distribute a book you have already written. They are good tools for a manuscript that exists. They do not write the book, which for most pastors is the entire obstacle.
Five steps. You approve every one of them.
The conversation
We talk. About your archive, your message, and who the book is for. This is where we both decide if it's a fit. No obligation on either side.
The architecture
Brandon maps the book before a word is drafted. Which sermons carry it, what the chapters are, what the through-line is. You approve the blueprint before anything else happens.
The drafting
Your transcripts become chapters. The rambles get cut, the repetition gets consolidated, the strongest moments get room to breathe. It reads like you on your best Sunday, because that's exactly what it's made of.
Your review
You see every chapter. You approve every chapter. Your name goes on it, so your theology and your final word govern all of it.
The finish
You receive a publish-ready manuscript, formatted for print and ebook, ready for Amazon or the publisher of your choice. Your book. Done.
This is for you if you have a real archive (audio, video, or transcripts of your preaching), a message that keeps resurfacing across years of ministry, and a desire to reach people who will never sit in your building.
This is not for you if you're looking for someone to write a book you never preached. The book has to already exist in your teaching. Brandon's job is to find it and finish it, not invent it.
Asked before, answered plainly.
How long does it take?
Most projects run eight to twelve weeks from first transcript to publish-ready manuscript. Your review pace sets the tempo. Pastors usually assume a book takes a year. It doesn't have to.
Will it actually sound like me?
It starts as you, so it stays you. Every chapter is built from words you already said out loud to real people. The process tightens and structures; it doesn't replace your voice with someone else's. If a chapter doesn't sound like your best Sunday, it doesn't ship. And you don't take that on trust. You approve the first chapter before the project goes further, and if it misses, you get a full refund.
Who owns the book?
You do. Completely. Your name on the cover, your copyright, every dollar of royalties. Brandon charges a project fee and takes no percentage of anything, ever. This is not a hybrid publishing deal.
What if I only have audio or video?
That's enough. Transcription is part of the process. If your preaching is recorded anywhere, whether a YouTube channel, a podcast feed, or a drive full of files, the raw material exists.
Do you publish it for me too?
The standard project ends with a manuscript formatted and ready for print and ebook. If you want the rest handled, cover direction, Amazon setup, and launch, that can be scoped in the first conversation.
You see the first chapter before you're all in.
The only question that really matters in a project like this is whether the book will sound like you. So you answer it first. Brandon drafts your opening chapter, and you read it before the rest of the project moves forward. If it doesn't sound like your best Sunday, you're out, and every dollar comes back.
Approve the first chapter, or get a full refund. You never gamble on a voice you haven't seen on the page. You confirm the one thing that matters most, then decide whether to finish the book.
A few projects a year, priced per project.
Every archive is different, and every book is different. Brandon keeps the number of projects small enough to do each one right. Projects start at $7,500 and are priced per book after the first conversation.
